By accessing this website or renting storage space with We Are RV Storage, you agree to the following:
Rentals are subject to availability and current pricing at the time of agreement.
Customers must maintain accurate and up-to-date contact and billing information.
Monthly rentals are billed in advance
long-term leases may include specific contract terms.
Misuse of the facility, failure to comply with posted policies, or non-payment may result in termination of your rental agreement and removal of your vehicle at your expense.
We reserve the right to update these terms, pricing, and policies at any time.

2. Privacy Policy

We Are RV Storage values your privacy and security:
Information we collect (such as your name, address, email, phone, and payment details) is used strictly for providing storage services, communicating with you, and processing payments.
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except as required by law or to securely process transactions through trusted payment providers.
Data is stored securely, and reasonable safeguards are in place to protect your information.

3. Refund Policy

All storage fees are billed in advance on a monthly or long-term basis.
No refunds are issued for partial months after a billing cycle begins.
Prepaid long-term leases may be eligible for prorated refunds if canceled early, less any applicable administrative fees.
Any refund request must be submitted in writing.

4. Liability Disclaimer

We Are RV Storage provides secure, gated storage, but:
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own insurance coverage on stored vehicles.
We Are RV Storage is not responsible for theft, vandalism, fire, weather damage, rodent damage, or any other loss or damage to stored property.
Use of the facility is at the customer’s own risk.
Customers must ensure their vehicles are in good working order, free of hazardous materials, and compliant with local laws.

5. Payment & Billing

Payments are due as outlined in your rental agreement.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
Failure to pay may result in lockout of your unit/space and eventual lien sale in accordance with Arizona state law.
